I had a DVT from my ankle to my calf in June of 2009. I spent two weeks on the couch unable to walk or work. It was a long and slow recevory starting with walking and then getting up to running again. I am proud to say that I just ran my 18 mile training run for the Niagara Falls marathon this week!
